TeamX Health is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded with the belief that students are the X factors of healthcare and the vision to bridge the disparity of healthcare through creativity, compassion, and teamwork.
Since our foundations, we have implemented many programs to help our community through both medical and educational methods. These projects include…
1. Project Health Fair, an annual health fair organized with community organizations offering free medical services including blood pressure check, glucose and cholesterol testing, hepatitis screening, flu vaccination, medical consultation, dental check-up, medical massage and acupuncture. Project Health Fair has served over 400 patients in the vulnerable communities of Los Angeles in the past 2 years.
2. Finally, the TeamX Health Integrative Oncology Scholars Program was
launched in 2018 with the goal of harnessing the potentials of students in shaping the future of oncological care.
