Quarantine and Healthy Routine: Managing our Mental Outlook

In collaboration with

The goal of this conference is to promote awareness and understanding of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. We aim to do so by having leading professionals in the fields of psychology, behavioral science, epidemiology, integrative medicine, and other fields provide their insight on the topic of mental health. Individuals who attend the conference shall gain a better awareness of their own mental health and what activities/lifestyle changes they can make to improve their own well-being.
